Maclaren Junk Removal (also known as Maclaren Property Solutions) is a junk removal company in Ottawa, Ontario. This policy covers our website, maclarenjunkremoval.ca, our Facebook and Instagram ads, and the calls, texts and emails you send us.

- When you send our quote form: your name, phone number, area, what needs to go (if you fill it in), whether you agreed to texts about your quote, and which page of the website you sent it from.
- When you fill in a form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads: the details you enter there, such as your name and phone number.
- When you call, text or email us: your phone number or email address, and the messages and photos you send.
What the website itself collects
Our website does not use cookies, tracking pixels or analytics, and you don't need an account to use it. Like any website, our host, Cloudflare, handles basic technical information such as your device's internet address so it can deliver pages to you and keep the site secure.
Facebook and Instagram are run by Meta. When you see or use our ads there, Meta's own privacy policy applies to what Meta collects.
How we use your details
- To reply to you, give you a price and book your pickup.
- To text you about your quote, if you agreed to it.
- If you asked about our Neighbourhood Deal, to let you know about a route day in your area.
- To keep a record of the jobs we do.
We do not sell your details, and we do not give them to other businesses for their marketing.
Who handles your details for us
We use a few trusted services to run our business. They handle your details only to provide their service to us:
- GoHighLevel, where we keep customer records and send and receive text messages.
- Cloudflare, which hosts our website.
- Google, which runs our email.
We may also share details if the law requires it.
Text messages
We only text you about your quote if you agreed to it. You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us by phone or email.
How long we keep your details
We keep your details for as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
